Terms & Conditions for Ticket Sales

1. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets are transferable, provided the event host is notified in advance with the full name and contact details of the new ticket holder.
100% of ticket sales go toward covering the costs of the event.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit. Unauthorized resale or distribution may result in the ticket being voided without refund.

2. Entry Requirements

This ticket must be presented at entry, either as a printed copy or a digital version.
Ticket holders must follow all entry instructions and comply with event staff and venue policies.
Entry may be denied if the ticket has been tampered with, copied, or appears fraudulent.

3. Age Restrictions

Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Attendees aged 16–18 must have a responsible adult (aged 21+) nearby during the event.
Identification may be required to verify age at the entrance.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees must conduct themselves respectfully toward event staff, performers, and other guests.
Inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Event Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

The event schedule, venue, or lineup may be subject to change without prior notice.
In the unlikely event of full event cancellation, the organizers will make every effort to notify ticket holders and may, at their discretion, offer refunds or credit.
The organizers are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond their control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, health emergencies, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events).

6. Liability Waiver

Attendees participate at their own risk.
The event organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.
By attending, ticket holders agree to release the event organizers from any and all claims arising from participation.

7. Media & Photography

The event may be recorded, filmed, or photographed. By attending, you consent to your image being used in promotional and media materials unless you notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.

Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations in place at the time of the event.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for non-compliance.

10. Right to Refuse Entry

The organizers and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at their discretion for security, safety, or behavioral reasons — including intoxication or refusal to comply with event policies — without refund.

11. Third-Party Vendors & Services

The event may include vendors, sponsors, or service providers not directly affiliated with the organizers.
The organizers are not responsible for any issues, damages, or experiences arising from third-party vendors.

12. Indemnification

Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, partners, affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their attendance, actions, or failure to comply with these terms.

13. No Guarantees

The organizers do not guarantee any specific experience, performance, or outcome at the event.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees accept that elements of the event are subject to change and agree to attend at their own discretion and risk.

These terms are binding upon ticket purchase. The organizers reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
