Cost

Total cost for a table is $100

This will be waived for those who have purchased tickets as attendees.

Table size

There is one standard trestle table size - 1.83m x 76cm

Table Helpers

We are happy to allow up to x1 helper per table.

Date & Times

1 full day of vending on the 26th of July 2026.

Close Date

Expressions of interest will end on December 30th 2025.

Successful Applications

Will be contacted via email, you will receive a contract with further information including vending terms and conditions along with a link for payment via PayPal.

Unsuccessful Applications

Unsuccessful applicants will be contacted via email.

Waitlisted Applications

Those who are waitlisted will be contacted via email should table spaces become available.
